You can't give what you don't have

Nurturing yourself is valuable to others. You can only give what you have, so if your feeling tired, irritable, guilty or angry, that is the energy that is present in our interactions with others. No matter how much we struggle on and try to cover up, it benefits no-one. So taking time to to refresh your energy, boost your immune system, calm your nervous system and clear your mind not only benefits you, it benefits everyone you come in contact with.
