Shake yourself awake

This exercise is great wherever you are at - a fantastic boost in the morning to get everything buzzing, a pick up in the middle of the day, a chance to clear your head, it is also a good preparation for meditation or sleep, when your mind wants to be still but your body is still wanting some action.
