Optimising Potential

Spring is here! (well almost). After a winter of plenty of cosy days in, we can often feel a little sluggish and in need of a helping hand as spring starts to gently nudge us into action. I learned this exercise from a wonderful lady called Jean Houston who's work I highly recommend. It gives me the focus and support I need to be able to spring into spring!
