Whether with a partner, child, other relative, boss or friend, relationships have the potential to make us more rounded and more expansive individuals.  

Relationships can also be sources of conflict, though, bringing out our worst side, causing us to close down and develop habitual responses.  This can be limiting and destructive.

This workshop explores how conflict can affect people in different ways.  It aims to help you to identify how you interpret and respond to stressful situations and how you can recognise, understand and respond to these patterns in other people. 

You will also learn techniques to help calm your own stress response, allowing you to feel safe enough to listen, to communicate more effectively and to change destructive habits.
